| Recorded and mixed at Berry Street Studios London EC1, Spring bank holiday (2-5th May 1980) Produced by Dave Woods and Athletico Spizz 80 Engineered by Dave Hunt The first Spizz album, and an early attempt at commercial suicide! Some interesting songs, but no singles or obvious hits (apart from 'Clocks Are Big' which is about 3 minutes too short for a single) I still like it, but I think I am in a minority of about one. Many of the lyrics were written by Mark Coalfield, who was in an interesting state of mind at the time: in fact he had to sing one or two of the songs as Spizz didn't have a clue what the songs were about! |
