OK you caught me out!
I haven't got round to doing this yet. Its a little bit complicated working out exactly who did what and when, and it is going to be even worse trying to find a way to display that information sensibly and clearly.

There is a table in the cover booklet of the Spizz Not Dead Shock! CD which gives a lot of the information, but not the whole picture.
